The Clinchco Town Council will conduct a public hearing on January 21, 2021 at 5:45pm to consider public comment regarding the adoption of an emergency ordinance due the COVID-19 pandemic and previously adopted on an emergency basis on December 23, 2020 for the continuation of the operation of Town business including process and procedures for Town Council meetings.
A copy of the Ordinance is on file with the Town Clerk at the Clinchco Town Hall for inspection by interested parties.
The Town shall establish an email system to submit questions in writing and other electronic means for public participation in town public business matters and anyone interested should contact the Town Hall regarding participation .
