NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Clinchco Town Council will conduct a public hearing on two separate ordinances that permit the use of golf carts and the use of utility vehicles as defined by the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended within the corporate limits of the Town of Clinchco. The public hearing shall be conducted at the Clinchco Town Hall on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at 6:00 PM.

Copies of both ordinances are available at the Town Hall for inspection by interested parties.
