Public Notice: Public Hearing on September 16, 2021

The Clinchco Town Council will conduct a public hearing on September 16, 2021 at 6:00 PM to enact, reenact and amend the Town’s Cigarette Taxation Ordinance, all in accordance with Section 58. 1-3830 et. seq. of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

A copy of the ordinance is available at the Town Hall for inspection by interested parties.
