Public Notice

The Clinchco Town Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday July 18, 2019 at 7:00pm for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed ordinance pursuant to authority granted to the Town in Section 15.2-901 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended and the Town of Clinchco’s Charter concerning the cutting of grass, removal of trash and other debris on property located within the corporate limits. 

A copy of the full ordinance is on file at the Clinchco Town Hall where it may be viewed by interested parties.
