NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 15.2-2506 of the Code of Virginia as amended, the Clinchco Town Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on May 21, 2020 to consider the proposed municipal budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

All tax levies and other fees, including hot meal and cigarette tax will remain the same and as previously set by the Clinchco Town Council and shall remain in force and effective until changed by the Clinchco Town Council.

Any citizen, taxpayer, or interested person shall have the right to attend and state his or her views, orally or in writing on the budget.  A copy of the entire proposed budget is available for the public inspection during regular business hours at the Clinchco Town Hall located at 210 Main Street Clinchco, Virginia.
