Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Clinchco Hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on May 21, 2020 at 6:30 pm at the Clinchco Town Hall, Clinchco, Virginia for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed ordinance amending and adopting Title 46.2 (Motor Vehicle Code) of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended as the ordinances for the Town of Clinchco.  A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk for interested parties to inspect.
