NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 15.2-2506 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Clinchco Town Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 16, 2022 to consider the proposed municipal budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

NOTICE OF A SEPARATE PUBLIC HEARING is hereby given that, pursuant to the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Clinchco Town Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 16, 2022 to consider proposed taxes, levies and fees to be imposed and reenacted for FY 2022-2023.  All tax levies and other fees as previously imposed by the Clinchco Town Council shall remain in full force and effect and at the same rates and shall be reenacted and remain in full force and effect as the taxes, levies and fees for the Town of Clinchco for FY 2022-2023

Any citizen, taxpayer, or interested person shall have the right to attend and state his or her views, orally or in writing on the budget. A copy of the entire proposed budget as well as the proposed License Tax Ordinance and rates are available for the public inspection during regular business hours at the Clinchco Town Hall located at 210 Main Street Clinchco, Virginia.
